Support always tries to help, very curtious.
The site needs work. Search engine is poor, showes items that it thinks I am looking for instead of key words. Organization of bids in watch list not so good. Need my favorites in order of date and time of auction.
Bid times not always accurate. Lost a couple of bids because the auction closed and proxiBid had it still hours away

I was confused with the process for changing my addresses. This was resolved by an expedient interaction with a knowledgeable rep.

I had a question regarding the "Watch" feature in an online auction & their chat session was very helpful. They even sent a follow up email to be sure the issue was resolved. I've used this system a few times and it's pretty easy to do.

Had trouble getting onto a site to bid. Tried different thinks including re-setting passwords. Called customer service they gave me a few thinks to try and that worked!

I like for me how easy it is. Yet it seems that it's not as much of an auction place anymore as it's become a why for some to sell retail without a store front.Then you add on the 20-29 percent,,it adds up. Shipping ,handling ,adds up. Just order it from Bud's guns,it's cheaper and brand new.I'm sorry that this review isn't helpful,but I'm having to do business else where. They have an opening bid and then they can decline it? That's not an auction. I hope in the long run this helps. God Bless you all, Steve-

GieGie was very helpful as I tried to deal with a problem with KEY Date Coins. I would have rated a 5 if Proxibid would remove this auction house from their platform. It diminishes all of the other honest ones.
