First time I bought with them, Royal mail "lose" my package.
I reached to their customer service and in less than 24 hours I have my product at home with no extra cost

I received a pair of underwear that came clearly worn and poorly repackaged. I had an order of three and one of them came clearly packaged differently from the rest, ripped box upon immediate inspection as well as torn clear plastic and tissue paper messily wrapped around it to “cover it.” And this isn’t all, the underwear came with a clear stretch of the fabric and penis print. As a trans man I can assure you it was not mine and was VERY triggering to see this. I have a picture of those underwear vs a new pair from the order of three. (Available on Google reviews.) The underwear have an obvious smell as if someone sprayed vanilla all over them to cover the fact that they have been worn when the new underwear obviously do not. I have contacted customer service numerous times and have not heard back in days. I have worked in the adult sales industry and NEVER would we resell used underwear to a customer. This is my first order from this very highly renowned company, I was so excited and I am very let down by the poor/absent customer service and I am mortified by my experience all together.
