I ordered on December 29 Today is the 15 of january. I called 5 days ago, Lost in the mail. Called today the 15th still lost in the mail. Now they say i need to wait 30 days for there insurance to kick in and then wait again. They will not re-issue, they were awair of the issue on the 2ed of January.
this was the first and last time i will order from Provident.
there has been NO followup from them as of yet.

All I can say is, I've never had to deal with Provident Metals customer service because they get it right the first time and get it to your door. Everything is discreet (packaging does not indicate a PM shipment). I'll continue to buy from these guys.
