I was very impressed by how efficiently and quickly my order was dealt with. I was having trouble finding the product I wanted in local shops but it was available on the Protek website with no charge for p&p and I received it within a couple of days of ordering.

The item was sent promptly
The item was sent promptly. The knee support is comfortable and has made a big difference to arthritis pain in my knee. I bought one of this make and size in a chemist and wanted a second one but couldn't get the right size so tried on line and was very pleased with the service.

Ecxcellent customer Service
When I first tried to order a Knee Support frm Protek they were out of stock, they suggested they would contact me when they were back in stock. I was doubtful this would happen as other companies had said this in the past but I didn't get contacted again. However, I was contacted by Protek and within a short time after ordering the knee support it arrived when they said it would. Delighted with customer service, delivery (parcel not left on doorstep) and the knee support.

I have had knee supports before
I have had knee supports before, which always ride up and crease at the back. This Protek one stays in place, and the knee seems well supported.

Great product and does exactly what it says.
I had no issues ordering the support. It arrived well packaged and on time. The item was purchased for my daughter. She said it was extremely comfortable soft yet very supportive. She said it felt like a hug on her arm. I would definitely recommend it.
