Placed an order in May and a month later received the wrong item. After numerous calls and emails I am still awaiting contact and we are now into August.
VERY DISSAPPOINTED with this company
VERY DISSAPPOINTED with this company. Placed an order in January 23, paid in full, chased and chased the order, June arrives, still no goods, absolutely no communication from them, email after email to them with no response. We will definitely not be using this company again and I am now taking legal advice.

Placed an order with this company in August 2022 for which they were unable to fulfill. Contacted on many occasions for refund. Received Credit Note dated 9 November 2022. Despite many requests for the actual refund still not received. Do not use this company not able to pay their debts!!! No option now but to go to small Claims court to recover.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE. I wish I read this website before having to go to all lengths to not speak to anyone yet but a central reception hub who have no names who work for this company. This company should not be trading. I've emailed someone called Sean and no reply. Please do not deal with these time wasters and money thieves. I ordered in January with no update on order and it's beyond frustrating that the receptionists know the amount of times my company have called and got no response. If I owned this company I'd be terribly ashamed and very sorry that a lot of customers are being treated so bad.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Fraudulent business who take your money and never supply the goods. All phone calls divert to a remote receptionist company, all emails are ignored.
Refunded promptly
I requested a refund from PPS and they put it through, as promised, the same day. I'd asked for the refund because I'd received no confirmation email after ordering, and when I'd called the number on their website, the message said that the phone had been disconnected.
No Product No Comms - Got refund from PayPal
AVOID - No sign of ordered products after two weeks, no response to web contact form, phone number is disconnected, company address is just their accountant, (and so shared with dozens of other companies), company name changed in July 2022, which means the invoices they still issue with the old name are illegal.
After some effort I got a refund from PayPal.
promised a refund on 5th of June
promised a refund on 5th of June, which would take 21 days. Now 15th of Aug and still nothing, instructed solicitor to take to small claims court. Will gladly pay more in court fees than the ups cost, because they are thieves.

Item not arrived and no communication at all
UPDATE - Despite their response below, I am being ignored AGAIN. Time for legal action.
Ordered a UPS from them in April 22, the item hasn't arrived, they will not reply to emails or calls so now I will be taking legal as the company is still active on Companies House. UPS Centre - Order 29750

Delivery took 10 weeks and a lot of frustrating contact with help line
I ordered the Riello I Plug UPS from UPS Centre which is a trading name of Protect Power Systems Ltd on the 30th of January 2022 and as of halfway through March 2022 I'm still waiting for delivery.
The sale assistant is friendly enough and always promises to “check up and speak to the director” who I assume is Sean Curry and that they will get back to me with an answer as soon as possible by phone and email but they never do.
After my first email the company did answer and state my UPS was out of stock and on back order and I should rather choose another model which I would gladly have done if they had something suitable, but they did not.
I don’t want to give up on this company, but I do wish they would at least let me know when I will finally get my goods - They were fast enough to take my payment up front and now I've waited over six weeks without any satisfactory outcome.
Update on 13 May 2022.
I am pleased to report that the long awaited Riello I Plug was delivered today.
I have to give Shaun the benefit of doubt because in the end his company did perform and maybe the 10 weeks long delay problem was indeed on the manufacturer's supply side.

Order batteries for ups and paid for next business day delivery, credit card was charged, nothing arrived.
Called and they cannot locate order. Clearly something not right. They have 3 websites that all have same design and email I received had information from all 3. Very strange and clearly not the 1st to have issues.

Avoid this company!!!!! we have chased via email and called several times for a refund since 10th January 2022 and still not recieved it. Sean Currie doesn't answer or return calls or reply to emails and you just get the usual excuses that he is not at his desk etc. Now we have no choice but to get a solicitor or small claims court notice.

Whats the point?
Bought through UPS Centre website but payment taken via ProtectPowerSystems. My order number 29333.
Paid the £8.99 for quicker delivery. Ordered 2nd Feb still not received by 11th Feb.
Phoned three times and each time the lady takes my details and sends a message to someone called Shaun who calls himself the Operations Director lol. Never hear anything back from anyone. Whats the point in not communicating with your customers?

Ordered on 18th December 2021. Have spoken to a lady in South Africa twice but still no response also have emailed again no reply. At last the owner has called me and explained that as very busy some things have slipped a bit but is addressing the problems. I explained that a response was much better than nothing.
Astonishingly Poor Service
I ordered on the 30 November and nothing had arrived by 10 December so I called and was told it would arrive next week ( no date given ) Next week is over and still nothing.
I tried to call again today but they are closed for Christmas....Ho Ho Ho
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

I have added an extra star because my UPS arrived today as mentioned in the comments.
This company has the products but just need to inform their customers of the delivery date and keep to that date.
Pricewise they are fairly competitive

Took my money 3 weeks ago, chased them 3 times for a simple update. On the 3rd attempt spoke to a lady who promised the Director (Some chap called Curry) would ring me back with an update.
Clearly he cant be bothered either.
They are really comical, how could they be happy with all the negativity around them.
