Terrible experience.
Made an order on a Thursday morning. Received a email order confirmaion. Then nothing, no delivery updates or correspondance.
Monday afternoon I try find a number for them. NO SUCH LUCK. THEY DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO YOU.
So I send out an email which is responded to hours later.
They didnt even know I had made an order. Then they tell me they they dont even stock what I ordered from their website. Generic white correx.
So instead of offering an alternative and trying to help me, as Ive already wasted days.
They proceed to cancel the order. Super unhelpful company and not one prepared to help customers even afer their own misake

Placed an order with these guys and when it arrived the package was ripped, some items were damaged and an item was missing. I got in touch and was sorted the next day, no problems getting it resolved, the missing item was sent out and I got a refund for thr damaged items. They can't help how an item gets delivered, but the resolved my issues quickly and without any messing. I placed another order with them as I was pleased with them.

Very fast delivery, and even though very light the driver helped me carry the boards through the garage. Used it for covering a wood patio that needs constant repainting prior to fitting a waterproof outdoor carpet. Very easy to cut and profile. Also using it to line the side of a shed which is close to a fence and under a tree to stop the wood from deteriorating and rotting. Very versatile product with multiple uses. Very happy with this company and product.

Easy on line ordering process. The Protecta board was as described and just what I was looking for. I had placed order on Sunday and realised Monday morning that I had miscalculated. Contacted the company and they went out of their way to ensure the extra panels i needed would be shipped within the same timescales as my original order. Received follow up email checking that order had been received and that I was happy. Excellent responsiveness from start to finish.

Flooring protection arrived folded in half which is better than being rolled. Most cost effective place I could find including delivery.
