After we agreed on a plan for our garden, Martin arrived promptly to carry out the installation. We discussed a few of the finer points which would make the garden more secure ( things which became apparent when there in person).
Martin explained any small alterations he had to make, particularly while installing a free standing fence which proved troublesome.
Martin was very polite and clearly has a love for cats ( he got to meet ours).He carried out the work with care and left the garden tidy and free from any leftover pieces/ cutoffs.
Overall we were extremely satisfied with the finished result and our cat Loki shares our opinion!...

From start to finish had excellent experience. Planning. Estimate of cost. Installation guys were fabulous. I LOVE my ProtectaPet secure fencing.
I know my little rescue cat is safe! Which is what I wanted.
There has been another cat “trying” to get in my garden to annoy my girl. Said cat has failed in getting access! ❤️😊🐯

Whilst at first this stuff seems a bit expensive, it's actually top quality. Also, orders are despatched very quickly.

They arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They left no mess and did a brilliant job. I now have my 2 new rescue cats 🐈 😻 and they play safely in the garden. I couldn't be more pleased.

Product is on, expensive for what it is, but, comes ready to go and that has value, no comment on service, used a service to do install, purchased as all in one package, didn’t know was two separate purchases, until I was billed directly for the parts, then the service. Thus why I didn’t comment on service.

They were helpfull . And I can relax knowing my Cat is safe and happy in the garden.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The whole experience has been friendly, efficient and very professional. The attention to detail and getting the structure absolutely right was impressive. The finished product- 4.8m x 2.8m catio is going to give us great peace of mind that our cats are definitely going to be safe.

Whilst pretty pricey for basic netting and metal brackets, I'm pleased with the results.

Our cat suffered a broken leg after being hit by a car and we decided we would have to confine her to the house and rear garden after she recovered. Since fitting the kit she has not escaped once, despite still being very able to scale the 2m fence we have when she was accidentally let out after her recovery.

The product doesn't look horribly intrusive, albeit it isn't pretty either but you just have to accept that if you want to keep your cat confined. We were concerned about cats coming into the garden and although that has happened once that was because the corner shed (too high for our cat to climb) makes the garden accessible from outside the garden. We've seen cats on top of our garden gate however who have not attempted to jump over the barrier, so it does seem to deter that. We'll need to try to block off the shed somehow but it's a manageable problem anyway as our cats have chipped flapcat access and so can escape any intruders, who we can just let out when we find them should that be necessary.

Our cat's vet bills came to £7,000 after the traffic accident (insured thank goodness!) and the kit we bought was £378, so that does provide some context to the apparently high cost. Our girl is now also much more content, as she would be constantly stressed by her enocunters with the neighbourhood cats, and she is getting on far better with our other girl, so it's win win all round.

I do think that both the written manual and videos to show how to self fit are pretty poor. I'm a competent handyman and in the end had to ignore some of the instructions and make up things as I went along. There is of course some incentive for the company to also do the install themselves so perhaps that's a reason for the poor instructions, but if you think things through logically and adapt the instructions to your situation then it's not too hard a job.

Overall, this did what we wanted and I thoroughly recommend it.

Very professional and thorough fitting of the cat fencing. Very detailed to make sure my kitty, Betty was safe. Weather was awful too rained all day long. Excellent product and service, well done guys.

The 2 lads that come out were both pleasant guys, who were polite and friendly. They definitely did an excellent job repairing my fence that that had storm damage to it. I called on the Fri to ask for help as it was too big a job to do on my own, and they came out on Tues to sort it. This fence gives me piece of mind, knowing my furbaby can't get out and get injured or worse. Excellent service from an excellent company.

I’m moving house next week and my new next-door neighbour signposted me to Protect a pet. We have two elderly cats who have never stayed indoors and we’re about to live on a main road. I’ve been petrified and worried about effecting their move and keeping them safe. I’ve been dealing with Georgia who has been exceptional. And very patient with me! Her communication skills have been amazing even when I was trying to phone from Spain initially (due to the time-frame and I was away). She accommodated me well, guided me through everything she needed for a quote, was tenacious when I wanted to do something different and she knew it wouldn’t work. I felt as though I was dealing with a friend who cared as much about our cats as I do! Her flexibility, warmth and professionalism (of the company too) has made a stressful job feel hopeful. This company was excellent from start to finish- from the quote to installation it’s very efficient and give a really good service. Very professional

The quality of the brackets and the mesh are excellent, however, I feel the quality of the cable ties and screws could have been better given the pricepoint. The threading of the screws were very easily worn when drilling into the fence, I found.

Overall, this is a great product, my 4 young cats have been really enjoying the freedom of the whole garden, without any successful escapes!

Delivered a great service from start to finish. ProyectaPet answered all my queries efficiently and effectively and cost is very compatible.
On the day of installation the engineers talked over with me any problems they thought may acure and come up with a solution how it can be solved. (Very knowledgeable)
I even had an engineer call me
6 weeks after the fence was installed to arrange a follow up appointment to check everything was all ok.
