Laser Safety Glasses
I ordered 2 laser safety glasses in their shop from a guest account and paid with Paypal. The products were marked as available.
As I did got any confirmation by email I called them up 2 days later. A lady told me the order is currently being "checked" and should go out same day or next day. She'd send me the order confirmation.
Nothing happend. 8 days after the order I was worried that I had hit a fake shop as they were not on trustpilot nor I did find any other feedback anywhere. I called again. This time a gentlemen confirmed that nothing was sent yet, no apology nor an explanation. He confirmed both products were available. At least I got me an order confirmation by email.
Still I have no idea when the delivery will be sent nor when it may arrive.
I decided to post this review as already I think there is quite some potential for improvement. Anyone ordering there should not have urgent needs for their deliveries (as I did). Felt to me like I was the first person ever to use that shop and nobody feels responsible for it.
I'll may update the stars when then product will arrive and they turn out to be at least good quality.
EDIT: after the 2nd phone call the gentlement arranged an UPS delivery that went out the same say, so I got my delivery next day.
The devices were solid and very good quality, so hopefully this was a one time failure on their behalf. I still did not get any further communication. Since I could not give 3.5 I change from 2 to 4 stars.
