I emailed Peter yesterday on the off chance i could purchase a replacement bag our front cover came in as my hubby lost the original bag somehow 🤦🏼‍♀️
I got an email this morning saying a replacement is being sent to me and at no cost to me,I can't thank Peter enough he really is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and their products!
This isn't the first time Peter has helped us out either!

Emailed my issue to customer service. Prompt reply followed by replacement item being received two days later.

What an impressive service from the Protec Team
I have Protec Covers as the main caravan cover as well as a chip guard front cover. Both are now about 5 years old and the chip guard front cover had taken some punishment from the sun. The Protec Team did an incredible 4 day turn around, from arranging collection of the damaged cover, refurbishing it completely with a new zip, stretch bands and light covers and all sent back to me in a new storage bag within 4 days.

Contacted Protec Customers service spoke with Peter. I explained I broke a part of my cover & was prepared to purchase a replacement. They sent a replacement free of charge. Peter was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service

I ordered a cover to protect the front of our caravan at short notice, because we were going away and they had it made and delivered in a week…brilliant! Fantastic company to deal with, I bought a full caravan cover as well as a travel cover, have used both covers over the last five years and they have been superb! I’ve had covers from other manufacturers but they haven’t lasted more than a couple of years! The quality of the Protec covers are far superior to any other brand that I’ve looked at. They are easy to fit and are made of high quality material, all the seams are double stitched and the plastic clips fitting are really easy to attach! I have just changed my caravan and contacted Protec to order a new Travel (front) cover for the new van, I ordered the cover and it was made to order, and delivered within 7days! As ever the new cover is of the highest quality and fits the caravan like a glove! If you are looking for a full cover, or a travel cover to protect your investment you couldn’t buy any better than a Protec product!

I am a returning customer to Protec as I was so impressed with my previous purchase.
On the 22nd May I ordered a Towing Jacket by phone and requested delivery before the 12th June - The lead time was quoted at 4 weeks, which was just within my limits, but they marked my order as ASAP.
Well it arrived on the 1st June, which is only 9 working days including delivery. WOW.
The quality of the Towing Jacket was fantastic - great material and construction, plus stored in a lovely protecting bag. Fitted my caravan perfectly, and was fitted single handed in just a few minutes. No more dangers from stones smashing or cracking the windows on the front of my caravan, or stone chips to the front body.
To say I am happy is an understatement. Highly recommended. First class company with first class service.

What a brilliant company. We bought our Towing Jacket from them approx 3 yrs ago. It gets used every time we go away in the caravan. We travel to Spain in the winter for three months, do month long trips in France and tour the UK. The towing jacket gets well and truly used. It is easy to fit, looks great, it's hardwearing and extremely well made. Having recently upgraded our caravan to an 8ft wide one sadly our old towing jacket won't fit. A bit annoying as it's still as good as new. Needless to say a new towing jacket for our Coachman will be getting ordered.

Got a cover at a show. Fitted it for first time this weekend. It's the second cover we have used and very happy with both. Easy to fit with the poles when you lift high enough. Lots of subtle improvements made since our first cover. Solar panel clear section works well and access power locker too. A front locker section would be another useful addition but very happy with the cover as it is. Have an old towing cover we got with the first cover which has been excellent too. Wouldn't hesitate to get another.

Finally got our caravan after a 16 month wait. We have had the cover in storage for this time and today I fitted it for the first time. It slides on easily and is a perfect fit. The cover is very well designed and is even tailored to fit around the ariel.
We also have the towing cover which is equally superb quality.

Ordered this towing jacket at the caravan show - it arrived 5 days later, stunning.
When we first fitted this into the caravan we thought oh no! It is too small - we were wrong. The fit was perfect - snug and totally flap free. The first trip down the M1 - wind and rain - the jacket did a perfect job. The second trip through Derbyshire villages and farms! Suffice it to say the farms left a lot of substance on the road but the jacket did a stunning job; on site, jacket removed = one sparkling caravan. Back on the security site the jacket was rinsed down dried off - job done; van protected and clean. Protec = stunning value. Easy fit; Superb protection

We bought a full cover to protect our caravan and have to say it’s brilliant, and with an access panel to get in and out of the caravan it has been great, can’t recommend Protec covers enough.

After owing the cover now for several months in all kinds of weather I couldn't be happier. The fit is superb (considering all the extras on the motorhome, I.E. TV Ariel, bike rack, awning and the clear panel added for the solar panel) Its very easy to put on and clip down. I have had a check on a sunny day to make sure every is performing as it should, and the motorhome is like its being stored in a showroom. But I guess you get what you pay for. Very Happy
