I recently bought some perch lures on this website and while I found the overall experience very good, there are a couple things could use some work.

Pros
-This website constantly has new items on sale
-They complete the order and ship within a very short time
-They package their items well

The only issue I’ve had is site doesn’t seem to have accurate stock info.
They didn’t have enough of one of the lures I ordered in stock which, while inconvenient, wasn’t the end of the world as they notified me of this and they refunded the value of the missing lure.

I've used protackleshop for a few years. Im based in Scotland uk. Never had an issue. I've had some amazing deals. Everything has been packed carefully, speedily dispatched and albeit their website isn't the easiest to navigate put a bit of effort in and you'll find bargains on qualty gear. They're easy to contact and knowledgeable. I get my gear from all over. Protackle actually refund your tax, not many dealers do that why quibble about the amount ? They don't have any influence on delivery charges factor delivery into your purchase, I've always found I'm still saving. I've got reels like soare bb, sephia daiwa trout area commander at great prices. Give them a go,

Awful experience.

The website is nearly unusable it is so basic. They are also based in Poland which is not obvious & results in crazy carriage charges - nearly £20 for 2 reels!

I ordered 2 reels that they didn't have stock for? Ordered them Friday & the reels were still showing as in stock on the Tuesday - funnily enough as soon as I messaged them the reels were taken down from the website!

You have been warned - don't bother!

Care here as this is a Polish shipper and not UK. This leads to some complexity about duty and VAT. The shop does apparently fund the VAT but the charge on delivery seems to be about 30%higher than the refund!
Limited clarity at the Polish end.
