Deplorable business practices

Deplorable business practices. They charge you an arm and a leg for shipping, which doesn't make sense when you order from their .ca website and are living in Canada. That massive shipping charge also doesn't cover any duties. When they finally send you the order and inform you that some of the items were not in stock, you don't get the option to cancel it considering it's not worth buying one or two items where the shipping costs more.
