What a company! After some pain with our previous hosting company, we had been on the look out for a new hosting provider. Since the first interaction on their online chat, to a much friendlier and personal service straight away - the whole transition from start to finish has been amazing.
It is not very often that i come across honest and top level customer service these days, but with Prostack we found it. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They turned what could have been a very stressful and difficult period to a smooth and easy process. Highly recommended!

Great service. A big part of choosing Prostack was the level of support during migration and onboarding. This was a daunting process as we had been with our previous hosts for over a decade and we had some complex needs. They helped every step of the way and the process was very smooth.

I have a virtual private server with Prostack. Getting it set up and launched was very quick and easy. The support from Prostack was lightning quick and the VPS was up and running in no time. I've had very little need for further service, as the VPS runs smoothly and error free. Prostack is pro-active with notifying me of any issues, such as low disk space, and the very rare times I need their help they're very quick and effective. The VPS is also very affordable, so I'm a fully satisfied customer.

Used for about 1-2 years now and no complaints. Not the cheapest however the service you get is second to none compared to other platforms. I have used Godady etc and that platform is horrible.

We were forced to look for a new Hosting Company after our existing supplier, Sonassi had three outages in 3 months. Sonassi are known for their performance in terms of speed for Magento 2 stores, so we were a bit reluctant to move but we lost faith with regular downtime.

Having spoken to our developers, we were a bit unsure of what direction to go in, the developer mentioned Prostack's name and that they had heard the customer service was good but had no interaction with them.

I submitted a ticket on their website, and an hour later my phone rang. Within 2 minutes of my first chat with Martin the Director, I knew we were on to a good company. He knows the trade and industry inside out. He wasn't pushy but knowledgeable.

We agreed to go ahead on a new server on a month-by-month basis, which gave us a better product than our existing offering, at a significant saving of £4000 per annum.

We are due to move on Thursday, the server was set up within 48 hours of me ordering it with a replica site for testing and performance testing.

So far my experience with them has been absolutely first-class, whether it has been speaking to Martin, or Josh in support, who is equally adept.

Tickets are answered very quickly, and nothing is too much effort. They have managed to achieve better performance figures than our existing setup. Yes we haven't gone live with real-world traffic, but I feel in safe hands and have zero concerns.

If you are looking for a host with honesty, integrity, and customer service, I would recommend these guys wholeheartedly. It's nice to deal with a company with similar core values to ours.

Really happy with our migration, we moved the majority of our clients over, after not having a great experience with our existing hosting provider. Support is great and they are very reasonable. Some services are more expensive however the overall service is very good.
