What stood out to me is the support.
Whenever I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response, which makes a big difference when you are actively running campaigns.

Probably the best cold email tool there is. I like that it's an all in one tool and easy to use. I've been using multiply tools and switching from one to another tool was getting me on my nerves, which is not case with Prospi. It definitely saves a lot of time since I don't have to jump between different platforms. The whole workflow is much easier now for sure.

Terrible experience. The sales process is very good but it's a very shady company.
Read the bad reviews that are the real ones. The good ones are all fabricated.

I like how the platform is built around actual results. Instead of focusing on vanity metrics, it helps you track what really matters and improve your outreach over time

Really impressed with how easy it is to manage campaigns. Everything is straightforward and you don't waste time trying to figure things out, you can just focus on getting results!

I've tried a few different cold email tools before and Prospi stands out mainly because of how structured everything is. From lead building to campaign setup, it actually feels like there's a clear process behind it. What I liked the most is that you're not just given tools but you're also guided on how to use them properly, which make a big difference in results.

The platform is very user-friendly and it didn't take long to understand how everything works. Creating and sending campaigns is simple and most things can be done in just few clicks. What I appreciate the most is the support team. They are quick to respond and always willing to help if something isn't clear. At the same time the system is intuitive enough that you can easily manage campaigns on your own.

Dashboard is so clean and simple, you don't need to configure anything out you have everything in one place. Been using it for a whale and it have been great. The whole team is great, specially Luke who explained to me everything in small details. Overall satisfied

This tool helped me find new leads and grow my. business in such a short time. It's easy to use and the team is there to help you if you don't know something. They fixed my problem really quick and they have been very helpful. I recommend it to everyone :)

I really liked the onboarding process. They guided me through everything on calls and after that I got reminders as things progressed. It was all very well organized.

I recommend Prospi everyone doing outreach. Got so many leads and it's so easy to use. The team is always there to help and their support is on the high level. I had some issues early on and they sorted everything out super fast.

I've been using Prospi for a while now and I've had a really good experience so far.

What stands out the most is the Lead Finder and the size of their database. There are a lot of leads available, which made it easy for me to test different industries and see what actually works, without feeling limited. It's also very easy to use . It didn't take long to figure everything out.

I especially like that you can organize your searches, save them and keep your lead lists structured, it just makes the whole process much more manageable.

Their cold email expert helped me a lot. He wrote excellent campaigns for me as part of the setup. Later, when I started writing campaigns myself, he still helped review them and gave very useful feedback. Overall, very friendly and supportive team :)

Really cool software. The best part is that everything is in one place, which saves a lot of time.

In January 2026 I paid these guys over $1000 USD and they've done nothing at all. They blamed staffing issues and kept telling me that "soon things would get better" which nothing did, they continued to ignore me. They've ignored my refund requests. At this point I'm convinced it's a scam.

Paid +1k over a month ago, they said campaigns would go live within 2 weeks. Now we're almost 2 months in, the communication is horrible and my messages are being ignored by the team AND by one the founders, Luka. I can definitely NOT recommend this to anyone.
