Professional but made the time frame by the skin of their teeth!
The driver was very professional and handled all our shredding quickly and in a very clean fashion with only a little help from our maintenance team. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I expected them hours before they arrived and no one let me know they would be running late. Although technically they did arrive within the 4 hour window they gave us, they arrived with only 15 minutes to spare and our maintenance team stayed late to assist them because of this. The actual work, however was impeccable and the team was always very nice on the phone and in emails.
