Great service for ordinary document service.
Very slow and poor communication.
I originally contacted Proserve and spoke to 'Dion' who gave similar promises and guarantees as displayed on their web site, the document needed to be filed in mid July. It was at least ten days, with any enquires I made by phone or email redirected to a service center of some kind, before any attempt was made to serve the documents. It was August 15th by the time the documents were notarised and that was when an email was sent to me requesting a delivery address. Responding to this I mentioned the service I received was bad, I was then immediately called on the phone by 'Dion'. So there is no way my rating and description of the service as Very Slow and with Poor Communication was not 100% accurate.
