Amazing communication throughout the booking phase and event day. We had booked multiple 16 seater vehicles across multiple days and Hamza ensured all was ready to go. Had a very early morning booking planned, with multiple pick up locations. The journey went as planned with plenty of room for all 12 people and luggage. Hamza was helpful and responsive on communications beforehand. And was a good price. Would definitely use in the future and recommend.

We had a great experience booking a ProRide Coach to transport guests at the end of our wedding. We really appreciated the driver's flexibility with waiting at the venue for a few minutes to make sure that we had collected all the guests and offering to do a couple of stops along Princes Street so as to be convenient for our guests. Organising was easy, our driver Anthony was so friendly and the coach arrived right on time. I would highly recommend ProRide Coaches.

I hired a coach bus from ProRide for two days to take my 40+ international guests on...
Day 1: Tour of the Edinburgh City including the Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile and the Leith Port Distillery and;
Day 2: Tour of Glasgow and transport my guests from Edinburgh to Auchendennan in the town of Balloch, Alexandria.

The bus was comfortable and the driver Maj was amazing. He was punctual, courteous, informative and funny. In addition, Maj doubled up as our authentic Scottish tour guide too. We got to see a humorous side of Scotland through his discourse.

Hamza, the manager, who coordinated with me for this arrangement was flexible to my changing needs and responsive to my messages. He was easy to deal with.

I am happy I chose ProRide and would definitely use ProRide again, given another opportunity.

ProRide were completely on the ball with getting our wedding guests to and from the venue, turned up in plenty of time and really nice drivers. Cannot recommend enough!

Best quote we got by a distance to travel to Oasis at Murrayfield. A bit of confusion around the balance being paid (this was down to me and a friend both seeking quotes at a similar time). Had to chase to receive the drivers details.

However, the service on the day was perfect - arrived on time and all got home safely. Would use again.

We had a long and difficult journey from Manchester to Houghton Hall in Norfolk during a heatwave (28°C!) and awful traffic that turned a 4-hour trip into 7. Yosuf handled it like a true professional — calm, patient, and friendly throughout.

He navigated tiny countryside roads, festival traffic chaos, and constant stop-start driving without a single complaint. Even though it was exhausting, he still made sure we were comfortable and safe. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting us there in one piece.

If you ever get the chance to have Yosuf as your driver, consider yourself lucky. We can’t thank him enough — the man is a legend.
