Prompt service and dispatch of purchases.
One negative - you apparently cannot refund postage on returned items. I had to return an expensive purchase by Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that you would receive them. In parallel I purchased the replacement item.

Easy to use web site, providing a great product at a very competitive price.
Great quality, great service and delivery, will definitely be using again
Great service. Trousers and waterproofs at a great price and both fit perfectly.
I purchased The ProQuip PX5 wet weather jacket, Which the label said it had a life time guarantee. However what it does not tell you, is you have to register the Jacket. I contacted The returns department. Only to be told as the jacket was not registered when I purchased it the guarantee is not valid.
So be warned a life time guarantee is not always what it seems

Colour size and shape of lined cardigan all excellent. Only one small problem. The end of the Zip is very difficult tom slot in and am concerned it might not wear well.
Good discription and goods arrived well packaged and as discribed.
I bought a short sleeved waterproof top which I have been wanting for a while. Seems good quality and correct fit.
Delivery was very quick.
