They closed my earning stage account that was up in profit over alleged daily limit reached
Oh boy hold tight! So I passed a 10k account and I was on earning stage and I had a trade running 500$+ in profits but market made a sharp pullback and I was monitoring it actively on my dashboard daily $$ timer and it was showing me 135$ daily limit buffer when suddenly a account failed screen popped up and I reached out to support team over multiple days they gave me an answer and they said it's because I didn't set my account to show me actual pnl instead of unrealized by going to settings (as silly as it sounds) and I did the calculations even if it was to be that case I would still have 105$ buffer ..... They have 8 hours maintenance fee which is 0.07% of the position opened and 0.04% trading fee for each closing opening round trip so with that in mind the trade was running for 14 hrs until it got closed after the daily reset and my position was 24990(max position they allow on 10k account) so maintenance fee would be 18$ rounded so about 32$ for the opened 14 hrs and trading fee is 0.04% so about 10$ but since I paid round fee before the daily timer reset it doesn't get counted toward the daily limit .....and I did reach out with this argument after I get the reply but I'm ghosted 10 Days so far....I did take screenshots with time stamps the buffer showing me and a failed challenge screen poping up ..but there is no upload photos feature here
