system was a bit of an exercise to construct. But once I got the hang of how to couple the units it got easier. Maybe 20-25 min.

I was a little disappointed with the carpet/green. It might roll at a 9.5 on stint. Resort speed. I was looking for something quicker. And doesn’t seem that true in some rolls/spots. It’s possible I didn’t tighten the puzzle pieces which may be creating some phantom breaks, but I don’t know for sure.

I played putt putt at the beach last night and felt the turf at the pirate course was a little quicker and more true.

Expected a big wow effect for a $2k purchase called “pro putting system.” Expected Quicker and more true roll. Especially with all the marketing around NCAA teams and tour pros utilizing the product.

Maybe I’m missing something but def expected a different outcome.

Green is awesome, easy to install. Putt speed is approx 9.5-10 on stimp meter. Accepts chips out to approx 20'. the ball doesn't really check like a real green, but bounces and rolls out, but the ratio of carry/roll is virtually the same. Brian helped with any questions I had on outdoor installation Will recommend to friends

150 for a great putting mat was well worth it to me. After a couple of custom upgrades, my mat is just as good as one for $300 or $400

Go quality product. However it was hard to assemble on sand. The green did not align with holes. Cost could be a little better.

Product was as described. Rolls well, built well. A little disappointed with the foam contour pads. They need to be tampered/beveled to create a gentle slope.

Received my putting green and chipping pad ahead of schedule. The product was easy to put together and my family is having a blast using it. Thanks! -Adam

There were many questions about assembly and parts that Heather did a great job of answering. I think much better documentation would have made it much easier to assemble and understand. For example, the break mats photo on your website it totally misleading. They are nothing more than squares and no information that they actually went under the surface structure which would be a real pain to do. Love the putting surface, just need better documentation.

Was very excited to receive my package. Since I’m in Canada the shipping and duties were expensive but I already knew this wasn’t a cheap unit. Package finally arrived but was missing a piece. Definitely felt disappointed but after calling and speaking with the people at pro putt system they jumped into action and I should receive the missing piece in 5 business days. From what I received the unit looks very solid and I’m sure I will be very happy with it. Rated 4 stars as the customer service was good but obviously due to someone’s error I couldn’t give it 5 stars as they should double or triple check when sending out an order. They might have got 5 stars if they had offered something for the inconvenience but that might be expecting too much. All around nice product.

Shipped sooner than they said it would. Installation was incredibly easy and straightforward.

I thought artificial putting green was smooth but it is very bumpy. It’s doesn’t roll true. Very disappointed with purchase. For the I thought it would be smoother than my artificial simulator floor which was 1/3 price

My pieces were scratched up. Wasn’t professionally packaged. My turf was properly unrolled by me and still had difficulties getting it flat, had to superglue it down. Also, paying this much for a simple putting green should have some type of ball return. Pretty disappointing in this purchase but I love the company and brand!

Great product and incredibly quick turnaround time

Customer service was fantastic. They kept me updated throughout the process and delivered the system earlier than quoted. The putting green is extremely high quality, which was consistent with my research when choosing a company to work with. I highly recommend Pro Putt Systems.

Pro Putt System’s indoor/outdoor putting green is a very high quality product that exceeded my expectations. The heavy duty base is sturdy and stable even with multiple people standing on the green at the same time. The interlocking mechanism allows the base to remain stable on uneven floors or with parts purposely elevated for break. It’s easy to setup or move with one person.

The turf is excellent. I chip to my green from 2-10 feet away. Chip shots check and spin similar to real grass. Putting is very realistic. The turf allows the ball to roll true and is consistent time after time. The turf also accepts many training elements like tees. The speed of the greens is ideal. I’d say the speed is consistent with most club greens in season. It’s going to be faster than most public golf greens and may not be as fast as some clubs in the summer or when clubs purposely cut and roll greens to speed them up for events. I find the Pro Putt speed is just right for year round practice.

The greens also look very nice in home and do not look cheap. I use mine about 2 hours a week, my toddler plays on it, and there is no sign of any wear after 3 years.

Lastly, the customer service at Pro Putt is great. They were very helpful when I needed to resize my existing green. It’s evident that they care about customers long term satisfaction with their product.
