Brilliant products, brilliant customer service. The world of golf simulation is new, the technology & market have limited testing-periods, the costs are high -- but Pro Putt systems thankfully take much of the uncertainty out of this investment. Could not be happier.

I understood that there were production delays, so I was patient awaiting my order. I felt that I was well taken care of.

You knowingly shipped a different product that doesn't work and provided no directions for set up. And customer service flippant response was not particularly helpful nor focused on the customer. I still don't have the right product after 3 months.

Service from Pro Putt Systems was exceptional. It was necessary for me to contact PPS on three different occasions. Each time the responses were polite, quick, and extremely helpful.

I live in Massachusetts and need a quality indoor green for practice. I ordered the 2’x11’ turf roll so I could check out the quality. The pro putt systems turf exceeded all my expectations! The turf is substantial, not flimsy like others I have tried. The putts roll true and the speed is as advertised - around 10 on the stimp meter. It’s scary how much it is like a real green. Now I have to decide how big to go! Thank you.

I ordered the True Strike replacement turf for my hitting mat and found it to be back-ordered. I was expecting it at the end of the month but received it a couple weeks early. The replacement turf was perfect and installed easily. I’m now prepping for golf season and excited to get out.

My experience hasn’t been very good. I received my order in a timely manner so that is a plus. However, I did not receive all the parts for my order. Calling the number listed here and in the paperwork results into a voicemail having to be left since no one answers the phone. At this time, I’m unable to contact anyone for assistance with my true strike golf mat that has been ordered. Will update my review once I can get ahold of someone. Hopefully this will be sooner than later.
Update 2.12.22 I was able to get in touch with someone finally and they were helpful. There was a shortage on parts that would complete my unit and will get shipped soon as they’re able. I won’t knock them down for something that is out of their control. However, more communication abs the shortage part would be nice.

On a side note, I do have a issue with some bowing on my golf mat and they are trying to be really helpful on figuring it out. Stand by for future updates. At this time I’ll change to a 5 star.

Great product. Super satisfied with all aspects of this purchase. Staff was great and communication was excellent. Product quality exceeded my expectations and was super simple to assemble.

The product arrived in one piece but the packaging was badly damaged and was erroneously sent to a city four hours away from my home which delayed delivery by a day.

My order was processed quickly and the quality of the turf was excellent.

My true-strike replacement turf came lickety split in good conditions with good instructions great products and service all around

It is great to cure the winter blues. You can change how the green breaks for many different types of putts

Okay. I am the worlds biggest sceptic when it comes to golf training aids and equipment. I have just about every gadget known. I have had a professional driving range mat for years, I also have the SkyTrak simulator. When I practice it seems like I never hit a bad shot as far as distance goes. Even when I know I've hit a horrible shot the distance and line seem to be good. I know it was false information and it never translated to the course. I purchased the True Strike Gel section only, with end pieces. Took it out the box and was kind of disappointed, it seemed cheap to me(not sturdy). So I took it and set it up and figured out the gel section is in the middle of the mat. AND wow, what a difference in yardage and flight. No more of the "great misses". Yardage is now true to what would happen on the course. I can see where this is going to help. Now I just have to find a swing that is good and repeatable. lol. But this is a good product and will recommend it to professionals I Know who teach indoors around here.

In reviewing the various options Pro Putt appeared to have the best system for a competitive price. The site was helpful and my order arrived quickly and within the time they promised. The product is as advertised and we are very happy with the result. As an aside, the assembly process was easy and the putting green was well constructed and fitted.
