Andy has been so helpful & professional at all times

Andrew wrote an excellent report on the state of my roof which I believe helped persuade my insurers of the validity of my claim.

We had Andrew around to try and find a leak we had on our roof light/ flat roof that we had tried to fix for the last three years. We was very thorough in his evaluation and testing, and even though it took him longer to find it, he stuck to the job until he found it and kept to his quoted price. We then organised the remedial works after. We would highly recommend their services and thank them for their diligence.

We contacted Andy to carry out an assessment of our roof, following a re-fit, carried out by another company, as I had some concerns about the quality of the work and a potential problem developing. Andy was able to visit us within a couple of days and was in regular contact ahead of his visit. Having thoroughly examined the roof, both externally and internally, was able to provide us with reassurance that there was nothing to worry about. I cannot rate Andy highly enough, for his reliability and professionalism.
