Prop Homes Buy Reviews & Legal Threats (fictitious cause)

The list of reasons are long, including an independent move-in report that highlighted around 20 things that needed fixing. Currently no hot water for around 3 weeks - so far - during winter. Threats of taking me to court for
offences so ridiculous they comprised “one of the funniest emails (letter) I have ever read!”.

Best of all, we were given notice to leave after two years and never missing rent - because we refused to let a rude work man in. The company lied saying they can’t procure another because everyone in the North West is unreliable. Next week, we saw two anyway.

As for buying good reviews, I shared a photo but it was deleted. Part of a payment I received was, per James’ email, to remove a scathing review which was subsequently replaced.

Think twice - shouldn’t need thrice.
