The networking within this group is unparalleled. They’ve run an extra summit for students and the value in the weekend has been incredible. Every time the team come together you know you will leave with great knowledge, not just about our property investing journey but being financially free in all aspects of our lives.

Currently at the PWS Summit in Birmingham and it’s great. I did the 3-day intensive in June and have been under mentorship with Ryan since. PWS cover all the different aspects of property and all the mentors are experienced and open to all your questions. Thank you for helping me begin my property journey, keeping me inspired and pushing your students! It’s not a get rich quick scheme, but a great company for people who are serious in property investment.

I'm unable to find my latest review of this company. Perhaps it was removed. I've written a short verson below...
So after attending their 2 day seminar I was encouraged to sign up for their 'Professional' level 'package'. Nearly £19,000.
Since then I have had serious medical difficulties and have been unable to use any of the course material or make use of their so-called Professional training and 'mentoring'. I.e. they have not had to do anything for me.
So I asked Caroline Claydon for a refund. She refused by saying that my money was with a 'back office' company (Progressive Property) that she had no longer any contact with. This was never explained to us during the seminar weekend. That our payments were going to some other company and not PWS.

I therefore contacted that company and asked for a refund explaining the reasons. Again, refused.

So these two companies are very happy to take money from people but then when a person is clearly unable to utilise their services and has cost them not a penny, they will not make any refund to you.

Terrible attitude once they have your money and totally uncaring towards a person who paid them in good faith but is not able to use their 'package' due to a medical condition. Please avoid.

Went along to one of the seminars, it all sounded too good to be true and when doing diligence on the business the list Progressive Property Ventures Ltd but that company doesn't see to exist according to companies house. The address they list has a series of dissolved companies that were struck off for not meeting their legal obligations and a network of inter companies, feels like this is a ponzi scheme or tax evasion scheme

We did enjoy my 3 days training we learn so much and I'm glad we did attend it now can't wait to master more and master the strategy. Thanks for the knowledge

I decided to sign up for the 3 day course after watching Caroline on a webinar which was brilliant.

Caroline was brilliant again across 3 amazing days of knowledge sharing, advice and humour.

An incredible weekend spent with the talented and amazing PWS team. I honestly thought I had enough knowledge about BTL and home ownership and left feeling like an amateur. Caroline is simply pragmatic and I felt her outlook on life was simply to pass on her immeasurable knowledge and expertise about the property business to those wanting to learn and be of service to our society. Part of my decision making was also about the calmness nature of Andrea and her genuine interest in us. I am excited that I made the decision to purchase the professional package to enhance my learning journey and be around like minded people.
