The reason I use the service in the first place is to find my property lines as my neighbor seems to be encroaching on my property. This report had that information and so much more. Definitely worth the dollar I spent.

WHAT A JOB TO ACCESS MY TAX RECORD. I CALLED THE TAX COLLECTOR OFFICE AND THEY GAVE ME THE WEBSITE TO OBTAIN THAT. OK BUT THAT DELIVERED TO A NON-GOV WEBSITE THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR MY RECORD--IT IS PUBLIC RECORD AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I MAY BE OLD AND NAIVE BUT I DO KNOW SOME THINGS AND WAS SHOCKED THAT I WAS REFERRED TO A NON GOV PROVIDER.

I received a thorough history of ownership of my property and folks that lived there. It answered a few questions I had. It also listed my known relatives. Between the two lists there were a couple people I don't know. This was important because one of them, in prison, still lists this as his home address and I now have evidence he apparently lived here in the past with prior owners. Good news for background checks.

My only reason for obtaining this report was trying to ascertain the ACTUAL HISTORICAL SALES VALUES and could care less as to which individuals may/may not have lived at this address
