I had the pleasure of doing the Property Investors Academy with Sana & Mona in 2022, after many years of intermittent, aimless searching online wondering if I could or should purchase another investment property.
I love that there was no pressure to buy a particular property in a particular location and that you can apply the teachings to suit your own circumstances(budget/location etc).
The teachings are at your own pace and the content is very relevant and easy to access. You will learn to research in places you never knew existed. It is absolutely possible to fit it in around work and family if you make the commitment.
They ask great questions that cause you to reflect on your past choices and how you might change that to achieve your goals moving forward. The weekly online meetings were a great motivator to keep me on track and accountable as well as a great learning tool to be able to share experiences with other members who are on the same journey.
I purchased an interstate property within 4 months of beginning the course, sight unseen. Almost 1 year later, we have a great property manager & tenants in place. Long term, the property will have development prospects as well.
I feel confident I would be able to repeat the process of buying another property with what I have learnt and am so grateful to Sana & Mona for sharing their knowledge. with me.

I got to know about Sana from Twin property via an online post, contacted her since then its a smooth sail, so far constructed two properties where loan was arrange through twin property and one was refinanced to a different bank again through twin property, Sana won't let you go once your property is settled , she was always a text or call away whenever I got a question regarding anything , Highly recommend their services
