Property Searches Direct Limited Reviews

Property Searches Direct provided a very useful service

Absolutely fantastic, brilliant service and I would highly recommend thr place.

Second time using PSD for a house purchase. As with my first experience with them, an extremely efficient, comprehensive and helpful search service. The reports themselves are structured in such a way as to facilitate easy understanding by the lay person. Where relevant, next steps/enquiries to raise for conveyancers are also clearly highlighted. These guys turn one of the most hair-tearing, frustrating aspects of house buying into a stress-free, positive experience. If only my conveyancers were as proficient....Thoroughly recommended, again.

Great, prompt & efficient service.

I cannot recommend Property Search Direct highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely excellent. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their clients, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.

A very special thank you to Dan, who has been absolutely outstanding. He seems to reply to emails within seconds, no matter the time of day—even during evenings and weekends. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help are second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is progressing smoothly.

It’s refreshing to deal with such a genuine company that truly puts its clients first. Their communication, efficiency, and commitment to providing excellent customer service are exceptional.

Thank you again to Dan and the entire Property Search Direct team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and client-focused property search company.

Property Searches Direct are the calm in the otherwise overwhelming industry of buying and selling property in this country. Sometimes, with a bit of homework and due diligence, you will find not everything is necessarily required to be arranged by conveyancers or solicitors (note that some things are, and for good reason). This is where PSD come it, they provide a range of services available to the public, and in my experience (when I spoke to Dan) can offer straight talking advice on some of the common industry misunderstandings. Dan really knew his stuff and gave me the confidence to buy an indemnity via PSD, which thanks to them IS available to the public. It was a simple procedure and all of the information is available up front to help you make an informed decision. I would always advise people to do their own homework on their specific needs but when you're there, don't hesitate to contact PSD, who provide excellent advice and an excellent service! I would happily recommend PSD to everyone and look forward to my next transaction with them! Thank you PSD!
