My experience with Property PX Group has been excellent. I would like to especially thank Sayman who has made the whole experience clear throughtout and has kept us up to date at every stage. I would highly recommend their professional and reliable service.

We recently worked with PX Group for the part-exchange of our home while purchasing a new build, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. In particular, Sayman was an absolute standout.

He guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, making what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him—he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and well-supported.

We were trying to sell our property to move to the coast . We had viewings but none were fruitful at that point .
On visiting a new build sales location , we found our target home which had a part exchange deal available .
On further investigation , we made the decision to withdraw our property from the market and sign up for the PX Group procedure which allowed us to reserve the new build .
Sayman , contacted us the same day and explained the process fully which was clear and easy to understand .
2 local estate agents then attended our property and made a valuation which enabled us to go ahead with the new build .
There then followed the usual solicitor enquiries which were dealt with expediately on both sides .
The exchange of contracts took place 7 weeks after we first agreed the deal and moved in our new build the following week .
We would recommend PX Group for piece of mind as it takes out the stress of chain collapses in the traditional manner if you need to move quickly .
The staff at PX Group were always friendly and available to answer any queries .

I recently bought a new build house and one of the options was to part exchange my old house with Property PX Group which I chose to do.

From start to finish Sayman was extremely helpful and friendly conversations kept me informed weekly on the progress.

Anything I was unsure of or needed to understand more all I had to do was pick up the phone and all was sorted stress free throughout.

Selling to Property PX made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. There were a few delays - mostly getting hold of information from a management company and no fault of Property PX - but due to the communication with Sayman I was kept aware of where everything was at and what was still required and not left in the dark and the process was still much quicker than if I'd sold via an estate agent. Yes, you get slightly under market value but this worked for me and the reduced stress was worth it. I'd definitely recommend Property PX if you want a quick or stress free sale.

The support I received from Sayman Fell was amazing. He contacted me every week throughout the process and in some instances was the only person who was giving me any information at all. Waisted over two weeks of our time a couple days before Christmas. Said mine was near our property so too much of a risk at last minute which they could have figured out initially and not wasting our time having estate agents coming to our property. The mine is not even near our property. We have now lost the property. Complete time wasters

Smooth transition from start to finish. Regular contact each week with the same person really helped aswell

Bullying tactics and rude staff. Unprofessional to the extreme. Demanding information from other parties in the chain and causing distress, completely unnecessary. All in the name of their client’s ’requirements’ for completion when there is no control over other parties in the chain, surveys awaited etc. Distinctly unimpressed.

Very efficient and professional service. We were contacted regularly to keep us updated. Very good service.
