I attended a weekend event with the Property Investors Network and found it to be both enlightening and well-organized. The wealth of knowledge shared by the team, including Simon, Andy, and Mark, was impressive, and their approach made complex strategies easy to understand. While I appreciated the interactive aspects like breakout rooms for networking and the valuable case studies, I did feel the frequent requests for testimonials and course promotions were a bit overdone. Overall, it was a beneficial experience with a supportive team, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in property investing.

Knowledge is everything and it was certainly being delivered in this 2 day course. Breakout rooms for networking should you want it and plenty of q&a. Time well spent.

I completed the 3-day Property Magic Live event this past weekend, and what an amazing experience it was. This was a weekend packed with relevant actionable information and multiple opportunities to network with other like-minded individuals. Looking forward to the next event!

I really enjoyed participating in Property Magic Live, albeit I was online and not in the room. Nevertheless I was blown away by the excellent speakers and the very well organised presentations and pre-prepared workbooks. It was excellent!

One of the more credible networks. Content is good and a mix of free/low cost, although if you want to invest more for more comprehensive training this is also available. Good monthly PIN meetings which are well hosted.

It was an incredible event with lots of great content and a good networking environment.
The team was very supporting and well organized. No agressive selling like other parties do. I'll definately be back next time.

Property Magic Live is such a great event and every topic was delivered with clarity and I am very happy that I attended the 3 days. It was money well spent and will recommend it to all property investors.

Beyond expectation. It gave me another boost to achieve my goals even sooner.

MMA is such a great course, delivered by incredibly knowledgable people who convey this information with clarity. It is packed full of content and fast paced. So, although you have to keep the concentration high, you get amazing value. With a team of experienced coaches on hand, there is always someone to follow up with and the contacts made with the others attending is already proving useful. Three days well spent!

Intensive, lots of specialized info, recommended!

Sometimes in life there are key moments which change your trajectory, and this was one. This is the most professional event I’ve ever attended as a participant. The hotel and food was 10/10, the team were outstanding, the content was more than I could have ever expected. You don’t know what you don’t know, and this certainly highlighted that. To be in a room with like minded people was inspiring. I can’t shout from the rooftops enough - don’t be on the fence, just get on this course.

Do you feel as if the world is not enough? Do you feel as if you will never achieve the success in property that you want? Well never say never again because from Russia with love comes the James Bond of property- Simon Zutsi.

I came across Simon by way of an advert on facebook. It was for a free 5 day challenge on facebook. Now I am always up for learning and so I jumped on. If you ask Simon he'll tell you I always attended live. At the end he made an offer that it would take an idiot to refuse.

If you bought a VIP ticket for the September event you got a free place on the weekend deal sourcer training. Now I paid some £497 plus VAT for the September event. It was a no brainer because I thought to myself the going rate for a below market value deal is £3000. If I can do one between the deal sourcing event and September then I am in profit.

I was worried about being legally compliant but Simon covered that. He went through the A-Z of sourcing below market value property deals- so much so that I am raring to go.

He brought on guest speakers who showed you how to become legally complaint. You see to be legally compliant requires some £4000 of investment for the insurance and the like first. However without the funds how can you do it? Well you partner up with one of Simon's associates who takes the risk for you and you come under their umbrella. The other way is you join another of his associates and you spread the cost out over 12 months.

As I said you then do one, get your £3000 and you are quids in.

Simon told us to take it as seriously as if you had paid £15000 for the weekends training. Well if he had charged me £15000 I would say that is cheap for the value you get.

So the usual questions.
Would I recommend Simon Zutsi's Property Investors Network? All day ever day.
Are they worth the money? Good value at 100 times the price.
Would I use them again? Duh I am signed up for September and once I have implemented all this, got a few BMVs I am upgrading and applying to go on his mastermind.

What would I recommend the public to do? I would suggest most strongly you do what I did. Ring up his office and ask when he's doing his next facebook challenge and get on it. However I'd look at his website, have a call with one of his staff and get on board. Get in where you can fit in. Trust me your future self will thank you for it. In 12 months you'll be in a much better place financially.
