Use the MLS package.
It is best to put the property on Property’s Guys mls package, list the property slightly above its market value and given the lack of properties on the market, it will sell fast.

Disappointed with Property Guys
Not a good option for Kamloops. We were out $6,000, and had to use a real estate agent in the end, hence we did not save money, but in fact lost by going with Property Guys.

It was 4 years ago. The photographer was awesome and the price was great ($3000). MY HOUSE SOLD IN 3 DAYS. There was a buying frenzy at the time. Now I understand the price to list with you doubled. Hmmnn.

The listing was friendly and professional. The showing/selling was friendly but not professional. Several mistakes were made in the paperwork and they did not correct all of them. I would point out four errors and only two would be fixed.
