Simon and the team are very helpful and supportive. They are trusted by motorcycle riders and are well respected in the paddock. Simon knows his stuff and is well worth speaking to about things like life insurance and income protection.

I took out Motorcycle track day personal Injury cover in October last year. Like we all do, not sure if it was money well spent!!! Fast forward to May this year and 'Bam' a serious trackday injury leaving me with a Fractured C1 Vertebrae, a Broken Humerous (Not funny!) and two broken ribs. After being guided through the process by Simon and Carrie my was settled with no fuss in seven weeks from the accident. The settlement enabled me to replace my personal equipment, repair my bike and still have some money left in my back pocket. Thanks to you all. Fantastic service and great peace of mind. Over the years I've had a few motorcycle accidents resulting in minor injury, and been glad of the different insurance policies I've had over the years. I've also been really grateful for the help the Properly Protected team have given me throughout the claim process. My latest set of injuries however, have been life changing (including the loss of a limb), and without the income protection policy Simon found me (which I've been paying for, for a good few years now), I would have been royally f**ked. Again, the team helped me throughout the claim process, chasing things up for me with various parties, when needed. Now, I'm able to concentrate on my recovery without worrying about where the next paycheck is coming from. I would definitely recommend anyone who races motorcycles, cars, horses, bicycles, or anyone who skis, plays rugby, football, etc etc to have a word with the guys at Properly Protected...
