Absolutely fantastic service! I'm so glad I found these guys. I tried for years to book my own complex itineraries and it was nigh-on impossible. For £35, you can't go wrong!

Phenomenal service that goes above and beyond. Daniel and Alp are absolute professionals who have been so reliable and kind. A few times had very tricky itineraries to navigate which they did easily, and helped with last minute changes. Also been very good on helping with things like airmiles enquiries. Needed to fly out from the US for a complex business trip to the UK and Dubai and get there within 48 hours.

Found out about Propeller through Flyertalk recommendations, and i'm happy I did! The team responded after a bit more than an hour and spent a long time supporting me on the phone and even on WhatsApp to get me where I needed to go and even maximise my status earning.

The support continued throughout the trip via Whatsapp and made a huge difference.

Propellor Travel recently helped me out of an extreme situation with quite an extraordinary level of service. I was working at sea when a relative on the other side of the world died. A water leak on the ship had destroyed my laptop so I was left trying to book from just my phone, while bobbing around the Canary Islands with intermittent and dodgy internet. Despite all that, Daniel and his team managed to secure last minute seats, in the middle of school holidays (one was literally the last available on the plane). They got me to the church on time, as it were, and back to the ship shortly afterwards. Despite the extreme situation they were calm, organised and cheerful. I even got a free upgrade on the return leg. I can't thank them enough. They treat clients as if they're family, which was invaluable during my bereavement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Propeller for several years for complex air travel. My family and I started to use them for Hotel bookings - and discovered some really good benefits vs direct booking.
Super fast service - almost 24/7 as far as i can tell!

I have used Propeller numerous times and each time the experience has been completely positive. They have helped me with short notice and complex flight bookings, hotel accommodation and changes where airlines have cancelled/re-arranged flights.
Their fees are very reasonable, excellent value for money.

Very helpful and responsive - I wanted to create complex (12 leg) multi city flights which I had created on Google Flights. Not only were they able to recreate the itinerary but also managed to save the cost of the domestic leg.

I have been a user of Propeller Travel for a while now a d always use them to handle airline ticketing where the itinerary is too complex to book myself online.

They are incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable - definitely beats having to struggle through typical airline telephone booking channels

I use tools such as ITA Matrix to find what look to be ideal itineraries and fares for me and I can share that with them as a starting point for finding the ideal routing and fare

They also shone through during the last year or so of covid monitoring itineraries and adjusting for changes

I've been Propeller's customers for years for all my air travel needs. The entire team are excellent. Daniel, the director, is very approachable and happy to offer his advise and explain more quirky sides of the fare rules. Highly recommended - forget the OTAs, Propeller is the way to go!
