I ordered a Spyder jacket for $60.35 on Dec. 22, 2022. Wasn't delivered until Jan. 7, 2023. They shipped by DHL but delivered by USPS. It would have been faster if they just shipped by USPS. By then the price dropped to $46.99. I requested an adjustment for the price difference and shipping delay. They refused. I will not buy from them in future.

I ordered a large women’s mystery box…

I ordered a large women’s mystery box for $50. Suppose to have 6-8 items in it. 2 items being a hydro flask and an all birds hat. I opened the box with 2 cups in it. I immediately reached out to customer service. They have not returned any of my calls, emails, texts, or instant messages. This has been very frustrating. All I’m asking at this point is a refund! The fact they aren’t responding is frustrating. I have ordered multiple times without any issues.

Do not order anything valuable from Proozy

Polite customer service but when I did not receive an item I ordered, when I was notified of delivery by email that item was delivered, I contacted customer service and they suggested I wait 6 days and ask around the neighborhood to see if delivered elsewhere. After 6 days and by then neighbors no one in the neighborhood had received the sun glasses I ordered and I did not see any one in the vicinity wearing the sunglasses I ordered, I contacted CS again and they had me sign an affidavit form which I did and sent back and they got back to me saying the item was delivered and no replacement or refund will be offerred. They could have told me that up front instead of me going around the neighborhood. I told Proozy who postulated I was the victim of porch theft, the day of delivery there were people home all day and the delivery service could have at least rung the door bell instead of leaving the package at the front door and taking off. Please do not order any thing of high monetary value or you do so at your own risk.

Absolutely horrible...did not even try to ship on time.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered shoes back on December 11th and expected them to come in by Christmas. Unacceptable in todays business of online ordering when most companies can have your product there within a week.

I will never buy from this company ever again

If I could give a zero rating I would. I will never buy from this company ever again. Part of my order was canceled, the other part was delivered to another state Mr they tried to tell me it was delivered to my house. Customer service will not respond to any communication and I have not been refunded my money or received replacement items.

I am wondering if this is a scam sight

I am wondering if this is a scam sight. I placed an order for two shirts and the next day it shows order no. and shows shipped but the status never changes from 'enroute". I have sent messages but so far no reply. This is a Christmas present for a grand son! It also shows DHL as the shipper but no update from them either. I am concerned!!! The listing was shown as Lyons Trading Company!!!!

Careless and inresponsible company

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy anything from Proozy. They have the worst customer service ever. I place an order since May but never receive my package as well as my refund back. Contacting with customer service through phone and email, but they give me attitudes. I am asked by dumbest question ever: how I know my package is delivered if I am not there. Seriously?!? I am not sure if they know what the email notification is. Then, they ask me to sign in the Affidavit and state that my case will be solved in two weeks. I send them the document that they required and even sent another email for the next day to confirm. I receive no email or phone from them since then. After 6 months, I finally reach them out as the suggestion from my bank to get the proof of cancellation for this transaction. Proozy once again brings me down by saying that they only receive a blank document, which makes no sense to me because I sent them an other following email after I send them the document. Hence, I request the screenshot as a proof of the blank document that they stated but they play the silent game again. If Proozy truly value their consumer and intend to solve customer concern, why don’t you inform me instead of remaining silent all these time. Do not do business with this kind of careless and irresponsible company if you want to face all these crazy things!!

Proozy canceled order due to their own pricing error

They had a sale online. Placed my order then they canceled it saying that due to a pricing error on their end they are canceling the order. It was their error so they should have to honor the order. Instead they went on to say they want to earn a second chance. No thank you. Any company that cannot honor their own pricing is not honorable.

I placed an order for an UA hoodie and leggings. They charged my card and I never received the shipment. I exchanged a few emails with customer service, then they went silent. No credit to my card and no items received ... BEWARE!!!!

Proozy is amazing

Proozy is amazing. You can find great deals, but if you are willing to wait for items sign up for Brads deals. You will get daily items on sale. Name Brand items that are usually $50 will be on sale on Proozy for $30 then with the coupon code from Brads deals the item may end up being only $15. All Proozy items are name brand also. Items such as Adidas, Under Armour, Canada weather Gear, North Face etc.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Never received the coat we ordered. They said FedEx told them it was delivered. We asked for proof of delivery. No response. They then sent a affidavit for us to sign. We did and sent it back. The response was they believe fedex! Still working on this with several different customer service associates! We will not give up. We have no coat and no refund! Worst customer service ever

Don't buy anything if you don't want trouble!!

Do yourself a favor don't buy anything from this company. They are scams. I never receive my package, therefore, I call the customer. Trust me their customer service is horrible. The lady named Laquetta Banks is so rude and has no respect for the customer at all. She even asks me stupid questions like how I know that my package is delivered if I am not there at that time. Seriously, I cannot believe that she asks me this kind of question. Then, I email them and report this problem again. They say will get back to me with a conclusion after 5 days of signing the Affidavit but they never get back to me. I do not receive my items or my money back until now. Stay away from them if you don't want any trouble!
