I ordered $90 worth of clothes, said it would be shipped in 10 days. Well its been 30 days, no delivery, no emails, no response from customer service. My recommendation to anyone thinking of ordering from them. DON’T

I ordered 2 items from Proozy back on 11/14. One of the items was the wrong color. I emailed them same day. Followed up a couple of days later when I received no response. I called today and was forced to leave a message. The only emails I receive now from Proozy are the several-times-a-day junk emails touting their stuff. Terrible customer service.

Returns are a joke. I double checked I could return items prior to buying. Then when I went to do the return, their “returns portal” was out of service for my 30-day return window. And now they stopped replying.

Just like the 5 reviews before me. Ordered a Northface jacket on 10/31/23 and have not heard anything on shipping. Have called Proozy 3 times and they do not respond back. Luckily I payed with a 3rd party and have put in a complaint to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER!!!! HORRIBLE. Who has $47.00 to just throw away.

Same as someone else's review I just read. Was told I would be contacted when it shipped and it is 5 days past the longest time (10 days) they said it would take. I have sent 2 emails also to customer support and ZERO response.

Ordered an item . Received an email that I would be informed when the itme shipped.

11 days after ordering and after two emails to customer support I have never been contacted again.

This company is pathetic, placed an order and 10 days go by with no shipping confirmation. I should have read these reviews first. Found the deal on Brads deals and I’ll make sure I let them know how bad this company really is.

Used to love proozy. But something changed not for the good. Inaccurate descriptions and poor customer service. Returning items is a nightmare! Reaching support is impossible. They charge you to return items that are defectived or have wrong descriptions. I have a gift card, once that is spent (just my forfeit) I'm never returning.

I have nothing but good things to say about this website. I have ordered many items as gifts for my adult children over the past year or so, and I've had nothing positive experiences in every aspect. Every item has been exactly as described on the website, with fast shipping and excellent customer service. I recently ordered a pair of navy Adidas sweatpants along with a matching hoodie (on sale as a set). I accidentally ordered the hoodie in black rather than the navy I wanted. Instead of making me pay shipping to return the item, they let me keep it and sent me a replacement in the color I meant to order, completely free of charge. I will continue to purchase from Proozy on a regular basis.

Steer clear... they cancel orders all the time! Very long shipping even if you receive. not trustworthy.

I ordered a North Face jacket that is most certainly not authentic. It is flimsy and far too small. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for, if it sounds too good to be true it is, they charge you 8.99 to return and there’s no guarantee you’ll get your money back once you ship it back. It also took several weeks to receive my item, it was in shipping limbo forever

Items are fake knock offs. The sizing is off and the quality is low. I ordered two under armor products the neckline and drawstrings are wrong. I took them to the under armor store and they even said it was not real.

I had brought 2 to shirts , they were too small. Exchanged them for 2 different shirts, too big. The gentleman they would replace them for free. Great service

There’s a nice variety of merchandise. The prices are very competitive, and the customer service is fair and prompt in their responses to your concerns. I have shopped there several times, Referred friends, and will continue to do both.

I ordered some boots from Proozy on 8/10. Got an order confirmation. Never got a shipping confirmation so on 8/21 sent an email asking about the shipping. After waiting a couple of days I was sent an email letting my know my order had been canceled and I had to wait 5-10 business days for my refund. Had I not emailed and asked where my order was, they would have just kept my money.

This is my fourth time ordering from Proozy. There are a few things to understand before you purchase from this site. First off, they offer great deals on authentic merchandise that you will not find anywhere else. Second, due to the nature of their inventory, returns and exchanges are going to be different than buying from your typical store. There are restock fees involved in returning an item, which is not a crazy thing to expect because it costs money to return items, and its a part of how a business operates. Plenty of places charge a restock fee, and if you do any looking on Proozy before you purchase, it clearly states the fees involved. So if you don't do that research, that is your fault for assuming they operate like Target or Amazon Prime.
My first three orders were accurate and I had no issues whatsoever. My fourth order they sent the wrong size of the item I had purchased, and so I emailed customer service to get it fixed as it was an error on their end and not mine. With their ever changing inventory, they typically only process returns, but the customer service agent went above and beyond to waive the return ship fee and then price match for a new order of the item in the correct size. I only communicated by email and it was resolved by the end of the day.
Overall Proozy offers excellent values on high end athletic ware, just be sure to be aware of return policies and fees before you make a purchase. Most of these negative reviews on here are of people who a) didn't read the policies b)didn't even try to engage with customer service c)had other issues that were beyond company control and d) are more than likely straight up lying. If you're not going to do your due diligence don't go running your mouth online for something that isn't the company's fault. I'd 100% recommend purchasing from Proozy and I will continue to shop from there myself.

I ordered a medium size North Face hoodie, (although I’m a small) because I like them roomy. The sleeves were small, and the cuffs so tight you couldn’t push them up . I really have a hard time believing the hoodie is really a genuine North Face. Then they charge you $8.99 return- no matter what.

I ordered the wrong size and they immediately helped me by canceling my order so I could reorder the right size.

The worst site on the internet. I swear they run their business out of a garage with no doors. Worst shipping, worst customer service. Thought the deals were good at first, but not worth the headache. DO NOT order from, I’ll save you the trouble.
