Proozy immediately responded and resolved when I received a product that was damaged. This is the second time I've needed assistance and both times the response would only be described as excellent!

Their products are not true to size or are irregular and when you return they charge you a fee no matter what.

Proozy is the best company to deal with. I placed an order and I forgot to put in my shipping code for free shipping. Within 10 minutes Pru got back to me and refunded all of my shipping charges. You can’t beat that can you? Don’t be afraid to deal with PROOZY every time!

Proozy, such an excellent online company that has always been very helpful with any of my concerns. In particular, CSR Adeana, she went above and beyond to fulfill my order. In doing so, she made shopping with Proozy a pleasure and I enjoy being a Proozer. Thank you guys for all your help.

The deal that I took advantage of was great: a Hurley Women’s jacket for $13.70, shipped. Even greater was the customer service. After the jacket arrived, I tried it on immediately. It was too big, so I contacted the company via their customer support email to request an exchange. I got a reply back within 10 minutes, which was an order confirmation for the smaller, requested size. For $0.00. I received a second email shortly thereafter from a rep (Adeana) with a courtesy return label to send back the large, free of charge.

They sell brand named items at never seen prices. And great customer service, they will help the customer when needed.

I have bought several items on Proozy (usually found out through Brads Deal). I have cancelled an item or two also. Every time it’s been a consistently smooth process. Their Customer Service response to emails is always quick, and helpful. As I like to say, painless. I will continue to order confidently. My products have always been in perfect condition too!!

Accidentally ordered the incorrect size, contacted their customer service team and they sent me a no cost return shipping label. I sent it to their return center and immediate refund when it was received. Great service!

I love Proozy. Yes, sometimes not much information for products but for my experience, they carry good products and mostly name brands. One time it was a missing product, contacted and a customer service rep, Kadian, took care of it.

I have been using PROOZY for a long time, and although their customer service had some issues initially, it has greatly improved lately. They offer some fantastic deals, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very fast, helpful customer service

I never ordered from this company and always cautious of online retailers. However, a great deal so ordered two sweatshirt type items as gifts for my wife. However, it was in 2 separate orders. One item arrived, EXACTLY as described, I actually forgot I had ordered the second item until it showed up on my PayPal account as a charge. It was then a month later I realized the second order never arrived. However, FedEx had it shown as delivered to my door. When I realized I contacted Proozy, they researched it and sent me the delivery confirmation they had received. I informed them not true, or minimally was not delivered to me or my home. After looking into the issue unfortunately the item was no longer available, but they immediately credited my account. The following is the message sent to them; they truly gained my respect as a solid online retailer.... Thanks for being such a stand-up company. Scary ordering from an online company I had no history with, but a relief knowing when a problem developed you had my back and made things right. Of course, it stinks not getting what was ordered, but trust and integrity of any company when a problem occurs means everything to me and you gained my respect on how this was resolved. Proozy is a site where you can find discounted items on select name brands. They also have clearance items and great deals of the day you can snatch up! I have had to return a couple of items in my many orders and the returns go very smoothly. It's definitely worth checking out! :)

I've bought several times from Proozy and always been impressed at quality and cost. Most recently to no fault of Proozy, items I ordered got delivered elsewhere and I never received. After dealing with customer service they were professional and friendly and helped resolve the situation. Highly recommend and will continue to buy from them.
