Pro did not show up the day my project…

Pro did not show up the day my project was to start. I called 4 times and they kept telling me they were trying to get a pro here. I had other contractors lined up and I finally called back at 4pm to hear that someone would be there the next day and that I realized they were trying to get someone there all day. I had to take him at his word, but didn’t believe him. Never received a refund since the contract was broken since no one showed up. Horrible company.
