Even a one star is not deserved.Please do not trust this company anymore. I have been client for more than 10 years and quality was great. They have grown big and the quality is very poor. They are more interested in money than the service they provide and their agent will not review any record of chat or order and will just ask more money. Do not go by their whatsup talk or order note, it is a passive aggression money scam....they will ignore everything later and just ask you for more money. The person who refered me there is not satisfied, I myself I am not anymore. There are many reliable companies out there. The reality is that they are there because of you and me. Please let go and support another small business so they will come back to their sense.I have every written proof and evidence of every single word posted on this review. At your own risk!

I'm happy that I choose Prontobollo. I got what I needed in less than one week. Customers service was great. If I could give 10 stars in will.

The first time I tried to get my birth certificate sent to London. I sent a letter with the form filled out to what I was hoping was the correct municipality... No reply, not even an e-mail confirming receipt, I followed up with an e-mailed, nothing. I then remembered talk of using services like Prontobollo to help acquire official documentation. While I believe the public service should actually attempt to do their job without requiring 3rd parties, Prontobollo was worth every penny, they gave me updates on every step in very polite friendly e-mails and it arrived at my door step quicker than estimated.

TLDR: Excellent service, would 100% recommend.
