Written by the company

Pronti is an Australia-based same-day delivery platform built for real businesses and real drivers, not for middlemen chasing margins. We exist to solve one simple problem: local deliveries are still slow, expensive, and unreliable for retailers who actually care about their customers. Pronti fixes that. We work with local retailers to offer fast, transparent, same-day delivery directly from their store to the customer’s door. Orders move through a tightly managed system with real-time tracking, clear pricing, and verified drivers. No guesswork. No inflated fees hidden at checkout. What you see is what happens. Unlike generic delivery marketplaces, Pronti is retailer-first. We integrate directly with existing online stores and in-store workflows, so businesses don’t need to change how they operate just to offer faster delivery. From small local shops to growing brands, our focus is making delivery feel like an extension of the retailer, not a third-party bolt-on. Drivers are equally important in our ecosystem. Every driver on Pronti goes through strict verification, including identity, right-to-work, and police checks. We support multiple vehicle types, so deliveries are matched properly based on size, weight, and urgency. Drivers earn fairly, know exactly what they’re accepting, and are treated as professionals. For customers, Pronti means faster delivery, better communication, and fewer delivery failures. For retailers, it means higher conversion, happier customers, and full control. For drivers, it means clarity and respect. We’re building Pronti with long-term trust in mind. No shortcuts. No hype. Just reliable same-day delivery done properly.

Online 7 days a week for a month - 0 deliveries.

After spending the $70 fees for the police check etc, I've had this app now and been online and logged in, for easy over a month, alongside doordash and Uber and not received a single delivery. Strongly recommend against paying for it as it seems a waste of money - it looks to me like they are failing as a company for sales unfortunately...

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, I completely understand your concern, and I want to sincerely apologise for the experience you’ve had so far.

I was able to locate your account and have already reached out to you directly via email from support@pronti.au to help resolve this as quickly as possible. Please continue there so that we can assist you swiftly.

To clarify, Pronti is a legitimate, Australian-based delivery platform, and the verification steps (including Police Check and Right to Work verification) are mandatory requirements set by the Australian Government. That said, if you’ve already completed these checks within the last 3 months, you don’t need to pay again, you can simply share your existing reports with us, and our team will manually verify them for you.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the app issue, and we’re continuously improving the experience for our drivers. Your feedback helps us do better, and we appreciate your patience as we resolve this for you personally.

Best,
Stuti from Pronti.

Signed up to start delivering with them…

Signed up to start delivering with them and they asked if I had a current police check and working rights which I do. They won’t accept my documents and are requesting I pay to do them again through them.. I have no confirmation that I will even get any work and I have to pay each year for a police check for my other delivery work so I’m not going to re pay for another one

Hi Ellie,

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback and for giving us the chance to clarify how our verification process works. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to repeat checks that you’ve already completed elsewhere. Furthermore, I appreciate you sharing the details here using which I was able to locate your account.

I’ve reviewed your Right to Work and can confirm that it’s active and verified. However, your Police Check (NCC) was issued more than 3 months ago. Because Police Checks are considered “point-in-time” documents under Australian Government regulations, we’re legally required to ensure they’re current for all driver activations.

Please rest assured that Pronti doesn’t charge or profit from Police Checks in any way. All fees are paid directly to National Crime Check (NCC). If you already have a valid Police Check issued within the last 3 months, you can simply share a copy with us and we’ll verify it right away so you don’t need to pay again.

I truly appreciate your patience, honesty, and effort throughout this process. You’re a valued part of the Pronti community, and we're committed to making onboarding as smooth as possible. Once these final steps are complete, your account will be ready for activation; giving you access to local delivery opportunities in your area.

Our support team has also reached out to you via email, please feel free to reply there or reach us via support@pronti.au if you need further clarification or assistance.

Best,
Stuti from Pronti

Terrible Service!

Went through sign up process then wondered if it's a scam after paying $15 for right to work in Australia. Decided to email them haven't had the courtesy of a reply despite following up with a second email! If this is the level of service they offer, forget it!

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you after your sign-up. We truly appreciate that you’ve completed the Right to Work check with NCC and made the payment for verification—thank you for taking those important steps.

We’d love the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand how to support you moving forward. Please know that we’re here to help, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.

As we’re still in the early stages of our app, your feedback is incredibly valuable. If you encounter any issues or errors, we’d be more than happy to hear about them—it really helps us improve the experience for everyone.

Feel free to reach out to us directly at support@pronti.au.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Misleading people into signing up

They are signing drivers up and asking for them to clear checks on background and working rights at the driver's cost. This despite the service not yet being active. The website clearly details that they are operating in Sydney and Melbourne. However, once you have completed your application process, no jobs are on offer and most of the functions in the app bring up a message saying that they are working on things.

Hi, thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry to hear that you felt misled by our website. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts — and we hear you.

Just to clarify, we’re currently in the final stages of refining our app, while also ramping up the number of drivers and retail partners to ensure everything runs smoothly once we go live. We’re confident this will be a great opportunity for our partners to earn and enjoy the experience of working with us.

As mentioned, we truly hear and value your feedback. We’re now looking into ways to adjust our wording to help avoid similar issues in the future.

There’s nothing more important to us than making sure our partners feel informed, supported, and happy to be part of this journey with us.

We’re always happy to assist and provide more context to help others better understand how we work and where we’re currently at in terms of progress. Feel free to reach out to me anytime at support@pronti.au — happy to chat and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
