After verification, we confirm that your bank card was only charged £0, during the trial period only. No further charges were made subsequently. Therefore, there is no refund to be issued.
Your subscription was created on April 14, 2025, and the first request we received from you regarding an application access issue was on August 9, 2025. Had you contacted us earlier, we could have resolved this issue immediately. Our service is indeed very responsive when requests are submitted to us in a timely manner.
In any case, we have now canceled your subscription and have sent you a photo of proof of cancellation. Your problem is therefore completely resolved.
