Promotix is apparently the ticket distributor for Seabreeze Jazz Festival. I timely change my address with them and received a confirmation. Instead, they mailed my tickets to my old address and they are now nowhere to be found. Promotix and Seabreeze tell me it's my problem.

I'm sorry you had trouble with your wristband shipping. We do not do the mailings, or fulfillment of wristbands. Seabreeze (and/or their wristband partners) send out the wristbands to the customers via mail and handle fulfillment. I encourage you to contact Seabreeze directly and ask they de-activate the wristbands that were sent to you, and activate new ones.
Used to purchase tickets for Backwoods music festival. Festival was canceled and no refunds. Ceo of the festival is the same owner of promotix. Scam

Ownership of PromoTix is NOT the same as Backwoods Music Festival. They are different companies with different owners.
PromoTix does not handle or hold any funds of Event Organizers who use the software to process ticket sales, so ultimately PromoTix cannot refund customers without the event organizer processing the refund.
We encourage you to reach out to Backwoods music festival directly with your dispute.
The ticket purchase worked but the action buttons kept moving here and there on the page. Like, after i select the delivery method. I clicked Continue and the button moved to the right where i had to click continue again. And the same happened when i clicked purchase.
The viral contest toll and customizeable ticket types has been really helpful for me and allowed me to sell more and tailor my ticket types to the unique needs of my event types. Cordelia in the customer support is exceptional and friendly. Overall the service still need improvements . its time taking as well as the tool shows error sometimes.
Very efficient and user friendly process for handling for handling and transfers has saved me countless hours of manual work because it can be done right from inside the promotix. It's a relief to have a team that simplifies these tasks.

Unfortunately your activity on the platform was flagged for fraud. When asked to present proper identification, your signatures were photoshopped across documents. Some of your transactions were charged back with the report of "stolen credit card." You merchant service provider bank (not PromoTix) has made this determination.
