Be super careful
The product is good. Would however warn any potential customers to assume nothing and check every facet of the virtual proof. I, unfortunately, missed that they had provided the proof with a left to right aspect when the pen when held is right to left, so all our custom logos are upside down when held in right hand. It's difficult to visualize this from a virtual proof so beware and had assumed a "Design" team who do the proofs would have identified this prior to production. Unfortunately, we now have to source elsewhere and throw these in the bin.

4.5 stars! Definitely recommend.
I would give them a 4.5 if I could! USB's look great, ordering was great, customer service is excellent, and they have a design team work with you! Would recommend and will order again. The only miniscule detail I ran into is that I had to pay a shipping fee when the drives were dropped off that I didn't know about. It was only $20 (I live in Alberta, Canada). Definitely order from them, even if you live in Canada.
