I placed an order at 3.13pm for 1000 followers and 100 likes for my page. It was supposed to be an instant service. It was only partially completed after 11hours after several emails to cancel my order. In my 1st email I told them that in case they were not going to refund me I was going to open a claim with my bank. They answered me "IF YOU DO SO THERE WILL BE ISSUES WITH YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE" This people are Russian after all, what can you expect ?! Better to stay away from this company and choose a better one

We’d like to clarify that each package on our website clearly states its expected delivery time, which ranges from 2 to 5 days depending on the service selected. Nowhere do we advertise or guarantee "instant" delivery. This was communicated to you via email several times.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but initiating a dispute while the service is still being delivered—within the promised timeframe—is unfair and goes against the terms outlined on our website. When this happens, it results in both the completed service and a full refund, which is not an acceptable outcome. We have systems in place to detect and address such cases moving forward.
Additionally, we would like to strongly address your comment regarding our team’s background. We are a company with Ukrainian roots and have no association whatsoever with russia. Making assumptions based on nationality or origin is not only inaccurate but inappropriate.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to review our service details carefully before placing an order.
