We just received our order and it is better than we anticipated! Rebecca was great to work with--very responsive to our questions and we would definitely order from PromoManagers again.

I putin a order and gave them 1 month time to ship it to me and i have still NOT recieve my product. I call everyday and no one pick up my calls. HORRIBLE is all i can say. I really needed these backpacks for a trip coming up like NEXT WEEK and still NOTHING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible Experience. Terrible customer service Paid in Full in February for a Corporate gift Delivered over two months later - they totally fell off someone's radar due to someone being out sick and apparently there is no back up. When they arrived over 6K of product delivered to a residential home instead of the company address that was requested. Left out in the weather on a holiday weekend basically could not even get into my own home. Damaged Product and damaged boxes. They did turn the damaged product around quicker. No real genuine apologies more of a it is your fault attitude . Will never use again.

This was my first time using PromoManagers.

I had to look for a custom order backpack with our company logo for an upcoming conference and decided to go with PromoManagers after a lengthy web search. I consider myself a smart shopper and researched multiple vendors; PromoManagers was able to offer the best price and was speedy with their quotes and responses to all my inquiries. I had the privilege of talking to them by chat, email and phone; the company was professional and easy to work with for the whole process.

Though I had difficulty determining which backpack I wanted, PromoManagers was able to offer many good recommendations to me. They were even able to handle my unique request---I wanted to see if I could get this one item imprinted on a very rugged backpack strap. This backpack was very rugged and I even knew that it would most likely not work with this backpack. While most places would have said just “no we can’t do it” PromoManagers did the opposite and decided to try the imprint out to see if it was possible. They attempted the imprint with a real backpack (knowing that even if the imprint worked, that I might decide I might not want it). That is what I call awesome service and going above and beyond. In the end the backpack material was too rugged and would not allow for the imprint but I was very thankful that they tried to do it to make certain that was the case.

I ended picking a different backpack design (that Promomangers recommended to me). From start to finish on the order there was excellent communication, I was kept up-to-date with the order status, proofs, order delivery, etc. I was sent multiple proofs to make sure the imprint was the way I wanted it to be. They also made sure that I had the best price out there. After I sent the approval for the final proof I thought it would take a while to get the order shipped because of the custom imprinting but they made sure order came super-fast.

Lowest prices on the web for battery chargers with a logo. Quality is on part with other brands, service was personal and they followed through on an issue I had with a cable.

I figured there was no way we'd get our captains chairs shipped under their free shipping program yet we did. I had a proof about 2 days after I placed the order - my art wasn't the best. The chairs shipped 4 days later and arrived as described. I had the logo put on the back of the support so it faced away when someone was sitting. Communication was excellent and I was invoiced for what they promised. I would definitely use promomanagers.com again.

I had shopped around to see if anyone else could touch the price and nobody could. That isn't what sold me though it was the quick responses to questions and answering what I needed when I needed it that impressed me. Very satisfied with the quality of the goods and the entire transaction.

Probably the best combination of products and prices around for imprinted promotional items. I've ordered three times for various charities and non-profits and always had a very good experience. They sell the same brands at everyone else at discounted prices and offer free shipping. They also don't charge for screens. They remind me a little of newegg when they started out offering great value.

I highly recommend promomanagers.com for any promotional products that you may need particularly if you're working on a budget.

It's all pretty straightforward at this point when it comes to ordering online. All I expect is good communication and the promotional item I order to arrive. If it doesn't I want a company that will help me out. I ordered a bunch of Leeds pens and some pens from a company called Bullet in early July from Promomanagers. They had the proofs to me within a day even over the busy holiday weekend. About 6 business days later the pens arrived and they looked great. I paid a lot less than I did the last time I ordered a similar item, the service was much better and more personal and the pens were exactly what I wanted. Doesn't get much better than that really.
