I visited Promedico over a week ago. The operative was very professional, kind and listened. The person decided that there was no wax in my ears and so therefore I just had a consultation and promised to send me a report in the afternoon so that I could forward this on to my doctor. It has now been over a week and this promise has not been kept. I also contacted by email Promedico but I have had no reply.
