Absolutely top class company

Absolutely top class company. Medical item required urgently. Delivered the next day, Alisha was super helpful on the phone. Highly recommend this company. Can't fault them. 100% seamless.

Seamless Service

Alan made the whole process seamless. He worked throughout the day to assess over 20 pieces of equipment. We received a comprehensive report with recommendations.

Agent interaction and problem solving

We had an issue with a New ABPM Monitor nor recording , phoned Pro Med and Frank was our tech support agent ..Not only did he sort out the issue but phoned back to make sure later in the day to make sure it was working without any further issues

wrong quantity- parts missing

I ordered 10 sharp bins and got 9 bins and if I remember correctly 11 lids- 1 bin missing, on the previous order I got 10 bigger bins but only 9 lids- hence 1 bin is useless..

In my experience

In my experience Promed staff are professional, helpful and items are delivered promptly, however on this occasion there was some confusion that resulted in me having to contact Promed by telephone before my purchases were dispached.
