Professional with a personal touch
I really cannot thank Osman Zulfiqar, Managing Partner at Prolegis, enough for his efforts in supporting my personal injury claim. Not only was Osman able to settle my claim at an amount higher than expected, but he was a great source of advice and support through what was a very distressing time.
Osman was professional and reassuring throughout the whole process; he made sure I understood all of my options before making any decisions and provided sound advice. I felt as though I was in 'safe hands' from beginning to end and highly recommend Osman's services.
I also must thank Angela Thompson, Solicitor at Prolegis, for her kind support, reassurance and efforts in passing on my claim to Osman.
Naturally, I wish Prolegis every success in their future endeavours. Not only are they professional but they are also personable; a much underrated quality in today's day and age.

The service I received was outstanding
The service I received was outstanding. There was regular updates and both Osman and Shafana showed me an immense amount of support throughout the process. The legalities can get a bit much but both sat and explained each step of the process and what it would entail in simple English. Excellent service. Very professional.
Osman dealt with a partnership dispute. He issued court proceedings and obtained a judgment in my favour against my ex business partners. They refused to pay and so Osman managed to secure a charge on various properties and successfully enforce the judgment so that I recovered my money and legal costs in full.
I refuse to use any other solicitor and would not hesitate in recommending Prolegis Solicitors.
