I'm giving a 1 star because I had to give something. I made an order for an Eagles sign on Nov.1st hoping to get it by the 18th. Well today is Dec 14th and still no sign. I was told final carrier couldn't find my address. Every other carrier finds my address Than I was told to contact service provider. Like I would know who the service provider is...I thought it was Proledsign. Than I was told they found the problem and would send a replacement,or refund. Because I really wanted the sign I said ok just send a replacement. Now I'm asking for a refund and I haven't heard from them. Tracking is HORRIBLE, TIME FOR DELIVERY IS HORRIBLE IF YOU EVEN GET IT.I order lots of items on line I have NEVER had this much trouble with a company before. Started online shopping with covid and have been doing it every sense. No one is perfect and I understand things happen, but this place is the worst. Communication is HORRIBLE, and they play the blame game. I want a refund but if I don't get it oh well....shipments coming from China and they expect me to find it......YEAH RIGHT

I thought I found an Indianapolis Colts sign and added it to my cart. I noticed a note mentioning that it came in other colors but didn’t think much of it—even though my “Colts” sign wasn’t showing up as blue. Later, I received a shipping notification from China but couldn’t track the package. When it finally arrived, it was orange.

Beware as the order must have defaulted to an orange color. When I reached out to the seller, I discovered this wasn’t an official Colts sign at all—it’s an unlicensed knock-off. They insisted that orange was the color I ordered, but that’s not what I intended to buy.

Lesson learned and I would not recommend this company or their products.

Quality Service - Ordered a sign for a customer who did not receive the delivery. I emailed proledsign customer service and within 24 hours they replied with photos from the delivery showing it had been delivered to the customer. The front desk person who signed for it was out sick for a few days and it was behind her desk. Quality sign and service!

I made an order on 28 of June. The 3rd og july I got a message that my shipment had left the country of the sender. Since then I have not heard anything. I will not only give one star, because I will give a chance for the package to arrive. But the tracking option is very deficient. I thouht I had made the order in time for it to show up, but I am starting to doubt that.

Communication is little bit tough but i can confirm that the produst is perfect and delivered promptly

Took awhile to receive it, but it is totally worth the wait! I was skeptical at first, especially with a shipping service I have never heard of, but it arrived in amazing quality. Will definitely buy from again.

Not sure if the neon is real but it actually shipped and looks nice
