I'm giving a 1 star because I had to give something. I made an order for an Eagles sign on Nov.1st hoping to get it by the 18th. Well today is Dec 14th and still no sign. I was told final carrier couldn't find my address. Every other carrier finds my address Than I was told to contact service provider. Like I would know who the service provider is...I thought it was Proledsign. Than I was told they found the problem and would send a replacement,or refund. Because I really wanted the sign I said ok just send a replacement. Now I'm asking for a refund and I haven't heard from them. Tracking is HORRIBLE, TIME FOR DELIVERY IS HORRIBLE IF YOU EVEN GET IT.I order lots of items on line I have NEVER had this much trouble with a company before. Started online shopping with covid and have been doing it every sense. No one is perfect and I understand things happen, but this place is the worst. Communication is HORRIBLE, and they play the blame game. I want a refund but if I don't get it oh well....shipments coming from China and they expect me to find it......YEAH RIGHT
