Very clear steps to place an order

Very clear steps to place an order. Fast delivery on the next day. Pick-up is on time, too. Good communication all the way through. Most appreciate the delivery of test result in the morning on the following day. Yet it takes a lot of computer knowledge to place an order which I think it is not easy for the elderly. Overall, EXCELLENT !

Don’t waste your money on this

Don’t waste your money on this, day 2 test didn’t turn up. Nightmare when you call them. One call handler said “ I was picking at his nerves” because afrwrv25 mins of trying to trace my test he didn’t know how to deal with enquiry. Their CEO is responsive but I’m now trying to get a refund and wondering what Locator firm consequence will be. Disgusted considering it’s a pandemic and a Govt enforceable test
