Avoid avoid avoid
I purchased a bonnet for my Defender which arrived damaged in transit and of extremely poor quality. The manufacturing tolerances were dreadful – the vents didn’t fit, the bonnet was bent, and it was clearly cheap imported rubbish sold at a premium price.
Despite sending clear photo and video evidence, the company ignored my messages and tried to claim it was fitted incorrectly, which was completely untrue. My body shop confirmed it was poorly made and impossible to align properly.
I’ve been a loyal customer and spent hundreds with them on other products, yet received no service or support when this went wrong. I had to go through my bank to get a refund, and I’m still hundreds of pounds out of pocket in repair, painting, and fitting costs.
Very unscrupulous business – avoid at all costs.
