I am so glad I found Melissa and invested in the resume revamp. Prior to finding her, I had been taking steps to transition into project management, but did not realize how many transferable skills I possessed. I had invested in many other resume coaches but I was never truly convinced that they understood project management or conveying transferable skills on a resume. Melissa helped me transition from a sales role to project management. I reached out to her in December and she completely revamped my resume, then offered me step by step guidance on specific project management positions I should apply to and she coached me for my interviews and taught me a lot to make sure that I hit all of the goals I wanted.
