The team were really responsive and helpful throughout the design and buying process. We came to them very last minute and they did everything they could to get what we wanted across the line, despite time limitations. They managed our expectations throughout. There was a slight issue with the delivery of our items, this was out of Project Merchandise’s control… however, they took full ownership and looked at every possible option to resolve the issue. They were able to resolve this issue, however had they not been able to it wouldn't be through lack of trying. They really were brilliant. They also took on some learnings and communicated what these were to reassure us this wouldn’t be an issue again for future customers. Can’t praise the team enough - thank you!
